I {heart} sleep! Unfortunately the last time I got EXCELLENT sleep was about 2 years ago. I was go go going and finally had a day to sleep in. I slept like a rock until about 1 pm the next day. I can still remember slipping into cold, freshly laundered jersey knit sheets, turning the ceiling fan on, light music playing in the background, tons of pillows, drapes pulled shut to keep out the morning sun, and sleeping right in the middle of the bed. It was PERFECT! What I wouldn’t give to go back to that day…er…night.

I love the scents. They do help me feel more relaxed. I felt like they were a bit strong…maybe because I am not use to a scent next to my face. I found though, once I flipped over my pillow and had the scent there but just not right up against my face, they were amazing. After letting my hubby get used to the fact that his pillow smells, I am going to try the Snore RX tonight….shhh! don’t tell me. WHAT? I am dying for that awesome nights sleep again…remember!?
