So I was thrilled when Subway asked me to take their Smart and Saucy SUBWAY Challenge with their sub the Smokehouse BBQ Chicken sandwich. I loaded up the family and took the night off from cooking for dinner. I ordered the Smokehouse BBQ Chicken sandwich. While it didn’t look like the picture above from Subway’s website, it did taste DELICIOUS. A nice bbq flavor and I topped with my favorite lettuce and tomato.Here it is ready for my eating pleasure…The kids loved creating their own sandwich and of course it included pickles along with their favorite Cheetohs!It was a great night out for dinner with the family and I loved all the healthy choices.
