Strut Your Scrubs Lydias Uniforms Review

As a working momma, I have to get to wear scrubs 4 days a week to work.  Everybody always tells me that I am lucky that I get to wear scrubs, but I sometimes think they are boring.  You can only accessorize so much when you are trimming someone’s toenails (gross, I know)  Instead of wearing the Blah scrubs that you see in some doctor’s offices, we can wear whatever we want.  That means we can go as fun as we want.  I love BRIGHT!!  My favorite part of scrubs is that you can wear things that you would NEVER wear and call it a uniform!“For over 50 years and three generations (all started by our Grandmother Lydia) we’ve been dedicated to getting you the latest, in-style scrubs and medical uniforms, at the best value. Our Grandma Lydia emphasized providing friendly customer service and taking care of customers one at a time. This has been our mission for over 50 years and remains our #1 priority.

We’re real; we have 140 dedicated staff members to make your shopping experience the best ever. Our 100,000 square foot headquarters in Grand Rapids, MI includes your customer service reps, designers, embroidering/seamstresses, quality managers, buyers, website gurus, and warehouse personnel to get your order right. In other words, we know scrubs, and service!”They have so many choices!  They have simple and plain to bright and patterned.  There is something for everyone!  I have been on a zebra kick lately, and I LOVE this top!  I have looked at it so many times…next time I order, this one will be on the list!  Oh, and the bright pink pants to match!  How super cute!!Lydia’s Uniforms gave me the opportunity to try out a pair of their fabulous scrubs.  I chose a mock wrap top in Aqua/Steel Gray and flare leg scrub pants in steel grey.  If I can toot my own horn, I made an incredible pick!  I love this set!  The top is such a fun, bright color of aqua, perfectly accented with grey trim.  I order the tall in the pants…I have a length issue.  If my pants don’t drag on the ground, then they never get worn.  The flare leg is super flattering and I love the side slits, they sit perfectly over you shoes.

The waist is draw sting, so you get the perfect fit.  If you have never ordered scrubs before, be aware that they tend to run big.  In a shirt, I usually wear a medium, but I wear a small in scrub sizes.  In fact, I could have ordered an extra small in this top and been okay.  I wear a size 4 in pants and ordered a small.  They are a smidge baggy, but that is better than skin tight.  So, I guess what I am saying is check the measurements before ordering  I was very impressed with my first pair of scrubs from Lydia’s.  I have already talked them up to the girls that I work with and the first day I wore them to work, I got all kinds of compliments on them.  Real Mom Approved!!
