I have set some big fitness goals this year, continuing on from. I recently celebrated my one year “fitaversary”! I can’t believe it’s been a year since I made a commitment to myself to change my priorities and put my health and well being at the top of the list. As moms it is so easy to get lost in the all things motherhood and push your needs aside; far, far aside. It has really been a wonderful year and has been amazing to set a bit of time aside for myself each day to get in a bit of exercise. Even if it’s only 15 minutes, it’s something and I always feel great when I’m finished! I have also loved finding fun clothes to work out in. There’ s just a fantastic feeling when you feel good in what your exercising in; kind of gives you a little boost! I can’t even express the excitement I felt at the opportunity to share Albion Fit with y’all! I started following them on Instagram about a year ago and have been consistently impressed with the fun design and beautifully feminine style of their activewear. They generously sent me a Cool Mint Go-Long Crew with thumb holes. As soon as I slipped on this buttery soft top I knew It was going to become a fast favorite! It is lightweight and fits like a dream; I ordered mine a little loose and absolutely love the way it flows. It’s been an perfect addition to my activewear collection and the style can go from workout to out and about in a snap as I’ve found it looks great layered with leggings and boots. I am also really appreciative of their wide size range. As a curvy girl, it can be really disappointing to find the perfect pair of leggings or workout top only to discover the sizing ends at 10 or 12. All bodies are different and we all start on our fitness journeys at different places. I have worked hard to get to a 14 and after all that work it’s just a bummer to still not fit in some activewear. So, along with being fashionable and high quality, Albion Fit is for every woman and all body types! Their sizes range from 0-18.
