Our Favorite Pasta Recipe! Carrabbas

We have always been a BIG pasta family. In fact we eat it once to twice per week. We love our Carbs! Add some yummy bread sticks and we are in pasta heaven. My son’s favorite dish right now is classic spaghetti with marinara sauce. Give him a bowl and he will eat it all and ask for seconds.

What’s your favorite Pasta dish?

I recently took the Carrabbas Pasta Personality Quiz and I am a “Spaghetti”. I could have guessed that one. I love a good bowl of classic spaghetti. In fact just last week we went out to dinner and that’s what I ordered with meatballs of course. Head on over and find out your Pasta Personality on the Carrabba’s Facebook Page. Then come back and let us know your Pasta Personality.Seeing that we love pasta in our home, I wanted to share our favorite pasta recipe. It’s quick and easy and oh-so yummy!

Fettuccine Alfredo Pasta

  • 1 lb. Fettuccine noodles cooked
  • 2 1/2 c. Whipped Cream
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 c Parmesan cheese; grated
  • 5 garlic cloves; minced
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Heat cream, garlic, salt, and pepper in a saucepan over medium heat until it begins to simmer. Continue to simmer until reduced to about 2 cups (about 15 minutes) stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add Parmesan cheese. Pour sauce over cooked pasta and toss well. Enjoy! Pair with a nice salad & bread sticks and you are set for a nice family dinner!
