I was so excited when my big box of goodies from dna arrived. I couldn’t believe how many wonderful products I received. My first favorite was the Dr. Teal’s Amber Vanilla Epsom Salt Soaking Solution. I couldn’t believe how big the bag was. I love love love my bath’s so this was perfect for me. I simply added it to my hot water and I have an instant SPA! I look forward to soaking in my bath’s now that I have my salt soaking solution. This would make the perfect gift for your Mother’s this May!!! The next item that my niece absolutely loved was the Hard Candy black nail polish. She told me she had wanted some and I was so excited to share this with her. We proceeded to do her finger nails and it went on perfectly. One coat and she was set. She also loved the cute ring that came with the bottle. This would make a great Easter basket item this year for  your girls! I also received a ton of items from FAB Beauty and I passed them along to my sister in law who has two little girls ages 6 and 8 that these will be perfect for. There were lip gloss’, eye shadows, and so many fun items they will love playing Dress Up with. Thanks dna for all the wonderful products that we had the opportunity to review. They have become some of my new favorites!

I was sent so many great products that I had either never been introduced to before or have tried out.  I really enjoyed learning more about each of these companies.  I gave    myself a mini pampering day using some of the  products I received.  First I tried the  Macadamia Natural Oil Rejuventaing Shampoo.  It really helped my dry and damaged ends feel like they just got a big drink of water.  I washed off with Bodycology’s Rich and Creamy Skin Softening Body Wash.  My skin felt soft and smooth..not dry and tight.  Next, I tried the Macadamia Deep Repair Masque mixed with a little Healing Oil Treatment.  WOW!  After I let it sit, rinsed it out, and styled my hair it was much shinier and more mositurized.  I also used Bodycology’s Cucumber Melon Lotion.  It smelled so great my hubby even commented on how great it was.  I finished off my mini pampering day with Hard Candy’s  Ginormous Lash Volumizing Mascara in dime, Kaleyedescope Baked-Eyeshadow Duo in bad reputation, and Fortune Sweet and Shiny Lip Gloss in fate.  It is always fun to play around with new colors and see what I can create.  I also received products from FAB Beauty.  These will be so fun to pamper my nieces with when they come to stay over.  Every girl needs a mini pamper day and with the help of Macadamia, Bodycology, Hard Candy, and FAB Beauty it is fun and easy to do.

I love beauty products! Even though I am pretty much a blush, mascara, lip gloss kind of girl, I still love all things beauty related! Playing in the make up aisles in any store is one of my favorite things! The first thing I had to try was the black nail polish from HARD CANDY {the end}! It came with an awesome matching black plastic ring around the lid, such a cute idea!  The polish went on so well and dried quickly. I only had to do one coat and it looked great, which I think is awesome {who has time to do multiple coats of nail polish!?} They also sent along a Button Your Lip liquid lipstick and lip pencil in flirt. I love it! Lip gloss is probably my favorite thing, so I have been having so much fun with this lip gloss pen! {and such a fun color!}I also got a Ginormous volumizing mascara in electric blue! Not a color I would have chosen for myself, but so fun to add to the collection and bust out every now and then, it really is pretty! I am also finding myself using the “Eye Candy – cream glitter shadow a lot! The color is ‘queenie’ and it just adds a nice touch of purpl-ish glitter to my lids. Looking through all that Hard Candy offers, I am dying to get a few more things from them! FAB Beauty sent along some really fun items. Geared more towards tweens & teens, I had to pass them along to my nieces {6 & 9 years old}. You should have heard their “tween squeals” when I gave them their eye shadows and lip glosses! They were so excited and ready to start playing, so cute! I had to save a few lip glosses for Ava, she loves “lips”! I can see all tweens and teens really loving the Fab Beauty line, it seems perfect! I kept the “shimmer pot” for myself…I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again…”I love to sparkle!” {don’t care how old I am!}. I have been very impressed with the Macadamia Natural Oil line. I consider my hair to be very healthy. I don’t color it, I rarely use heat on it, and stylists always are amazed at how healthy it is when I go in for trims. Since using the Macadamia Natural Oil products, I think it even seems healthier! Honestly, I am not a fan of leave-in conditioners, I usually find them leaving my hair greasy and stringy…but NOT with Macadamia….Their Nourishing Leave in  Cream is ah-mazing! First of all, it smells incredible and doesn’t leave my hair greasy at all! I couldn’t believe how soft and shiny my hair was after using it! The Deep Repair Masque also works wonders. I’ve used it a few times since getting it and have been so happy! You leave it in for 5-7 minutes, and then rinse it out and your hair is left shiny, soft and rejuvenated! I really think this will be a must have product for the summer months. Lots of swimming in chlorinated pools and lakes, I am going to definitely need to take care of my locks! Dr. Teal’s Amber Vanilla Epsom Salt Soaking Solution was just what the doctor ordered! I am usually not a bath girl, but Dr. Teal may just turn me into one! After soaking for about 15 minutes, I felt so relaxed and my skin was so soft! This might just have to become part of my routine!

I’ve been moving to my new home all week and could not wait for a moment to try all  these amazing products. The Bodycology Brown Sugar Vanilla Shower Gel and Foaming Bath was perfect after a rough day of moving, with lots of bubbles to soothe my muscles and a no-too-strong but sweet-smelling scent that I loved. Moving was followed by lots of unpacking, and I was able to keep going with Bodycology’s Cucumber Melon Body Mist. It was so refreshing and I loved the light, subtle scent…cucumber and melon happen to be my favorite. Then we took a break and had some lunch on our own, so I thought this would be a great time to try Hard Candy’s Curl Up and Dye Lash Curling Mascara. No fair that I was born with straight lashes while my brother’s are curly! This mascara allows you to skip the eyelash curler, saving you lots of time. I paired that with the Visibly Wet Shockingly Glossy Lip Pencil. It is probably the moistest lip pencil I’ve ever used. It went on smoothly…so easy to apply and it felt great. And my hair has definitely taken a beating as I haven’t paid much attention to it the past few days, but the Macadamia Natural Oils line has saved it. I particularly love the Nourishing Leave-In Cream. Smells so good and my hair is manageable and soft. And I must mention the packaging…it’s so pretty and calming just looking at it. I love having it on display in my new bathroom! With all these products, it’s easy to fit in a little bit of pampering each day, even at the busiest of times…we all deserve it!
