Whether times are tough or they aren’t, who doesn’t love to find great deals and save loads of money, all at the same time as buying tons of cute new things!?   I do!

I love shopping.  Even if I am just window shopping, out helping someone find something great for themselves, or out buying a present….I just love being out in the stores and seeing what there is.  Some, my husband for example, would say this is an addiction.  Perhaps it is…but it doesn’t have to cost an arm and a leg like some addictions do.  Thanks to Recessionista, shopaholics like myself can buy tons and their husbands won’t freak out when they see the bill.

Recessionista let me pick out a great pair of shoes.  I am in love with these Steve Madden Caprie Wedge Sandals (in pewter…also available in a great lepoard) that I received!  They are super cute and very comfy!  Unlike shopping on the Steve Madden website where the average pair of wedges cost $89.95, these are only $55.30.  Steal of a deal!  So far I have wore these beauties with a bohemian skirt, a pair of capris, and jeans…and it is just the beginning of spring!  The pewter color goes with everything.  Love them!

One thing I’ve wanted this season is a big chunky ring. The one I got from Recessionista is awesome! It’s got this modern yet vintage vibe going on with it, and I instantly feel 200% more stylish when I slip it on. It’s definitely an attention grabber and I’ve received so many compliments. I did think it would be uncomfortable, but it has an adjustable band so it feels really secure on my hand. Recessionista makes it easy to incorporate the newest trends into your wardrobe.
