Dress Your Eyes Up {Pencil Me In Cosmetics Giveaway} CLOSED

pencil me in

Eyeliner has got to be my biggest issue when it comes to makeup.  I love putting it on and I would say I am pretty decent at it—well all except the eyeliner part.  I struggle so bad!  It doesn’t matter if I am at home, in a well lit room, or a passenger in a car, I have problems putting it on.  It is either to dark, a wobbly line, to thick, to light…something.  I know it is going to be a good day if I can actually get the dang liner to work for me.  I have tried all different kinds of liners: pencils, cream that you apply with a brush, roll up soft pencils, you name it.  If I do get it on straight and wonderfully good, I end up rubbing my eye and it fades away.

Pencil Me In is an eyeliner life saver!  The brand was introduced to the market place, November 2007 by Linda Rose Eisner, founder and head pencil pusher.  Their pencils are infused with vitamin and anti-oxidants.  The pencils are allergy and clinically tested to be non-irritating, eco-friendly, tamperproof and hygienic.  The pencils are made with natural ingredients and blended botanicals like Green Tea Leaf Extract, Pine Bark Extract, Grape Seed Extract, Lecithin, Shea Butter, Cacao Butter, Jojoba Oil, Wheat germ oil, and Safflower seed oil. It also includes Vitamins A (Retinyl Palmitate), B2 (Riboflavin), B3 (Niacin), C (Ascorbic Acid), Vitamin D, E (Tocopherol).  Also, they are available in 30 colors! The shades range from vivid purple to frosted shades of blue and green to metallic bronze to subtle glitter. People of all races, genders and skin tones will enjoy the vast selection of shades.

Application is silky smooth without pulling the delicate skin around your eyes. Every eye accent pencil can be applied above and below your eye to bring dramatic effects & to enhance both day and evening looks. Layer and/or smudge the shades for a sexy finish.  The pencil core is creamy but firm so the points don’t break easily.  The color doesn’t fade throughout the day, lasting for hours.  Plus a pencil sharpener is cleverly built into every cap.  No more being bummed when you can’t find your sharpener!

To make these pencils sweeter, they are affordable!  The SRP is $6.99 each!  You can find Pencil Me In Cosmetics in professional beauty salons, spas, upscale cosmetic boutiques and online.  They are also looking for salons and spas to bring the line into their stores.  (Distributor opportunities that yield high commissions are available. It’s as easy as mentioning the brand to your local salon! Contact Pencil Me In for more information.)
The eyeliner pencils are a cosmetic industry favorite and makeup artist approved.

Pencil Me In Cosmetics sent each giveaway gal two pencils to test out.  Here is what each of us had to say:

I chose the Boysenberry and Lapis.  Boysenberry is a mixture of dark purple and black.  Great for a little tint of color but still a pretty basic color.  Lapis is a dark blueBoysenBerry color.  Again aLapis little tint but still pretty basic.  The more I put on the more intense the color became though.  I like the way they go on so smooth and creamy!  I finally made a straight line  on the first try…no q-tips needed to fix mistakes.  I also like how each come with their own little pencil sharpener.  I don’t normally use a pencil eyeliner so I am not even sure where my sharpener is…now I have no need to look for it.  I also like howCrissa my eyeliner stayed on—ALL DAY—even though a good work out session at the gym!  Now that is a great eyeliner!  Pencil Me In is a must have eyeliner.

As I emerge from my frump-a-dump new mom phase, I’ve been on the look-out for new nutmeg beauty items that are fun but fit in with my routine. For my eye pencils byamethyst Pencil Me In, I decided to try one neutral color (Nutmeg) and one in a fun purple color (Amethyst) by Pencil Me In.  I could get a more defined look (which is what I did with the Nutmeg liner), or smudge it a little for a subtle look (which I chose to do with the Amethyst liner).  Depending on how I put them on, gave me lots of options for looks, from natural to dramatic.  Plus they feel very light and natural and are easily applied, Stephanieso that even someone like me who hasn’t worn make-up in a few years can feel confident. Bye bye, frump-a-dump!

I love make up, especially eye make up! I think it’s my favorite because you can make it dramatic or go subtle, give you exactly the look you want! One very important factor is Jet Sparks browniefinding the right eye make up to use. I think I’ve finally found the perfect eye pencil from Pencil Me In Cosmetics! They were sweet enough to send  me two eye pencils to try out and I love them! I especially love the Jet Sparks eye pencil, what girl doesn’t smile at the idea of little bit of sparkle?! It glides on smooth and at the end of the day is still looking fabulous! The lid has a built in sharpener, which I think is pure genius! I am constantly buying, searching for, and losing eye pencil sharpeners. Finally, one that stays put with the pencil. Nice! Pencil Me In Cosmetics offers so many Amanda_different color options, with and without sparkle, you are sure to find exactly the shade you have been searching for!

amethystWhen my Pencil Me in package arrived I couldn’t wait to try them out. Because I have to admit I have had a lot of “Frumpy Moms” days latelyblack velvet due to a lot of work and stress, and having a baby doesn’t help either. I received the Amethyst and Black Velvet to review. When I tried the Pencil Me In pencils I was completely surprised and thrilled with the results. The pigments were really strong and it stayed on all day and into the night. I was able to create a smokey eye look for date night last week and my hubby loved my new “Eye” look! I love that their pencils are rich in Hollievitamins and anti-oxidants too, as well as eco-friendly. Thanks Pencil Me In. Your pencils are the BEST!

Graff Etch allows consumers to “tag” their heads with special colored pencils that can fill in barber etching, hair pattern or graphic hair design for a style that looks tattooed, but changes easily.
